The customer is a leading aluminum wire manufacturer in Indonesia. They required a electroplating rectifier capable of providing a stable DC power supply uninterrupted for extended periods, as any current fluctuations could directly affect the uniformity and density of the electroplated layer.
This electroplating rectifier boasts a high current output capacity of 2000A, providing ample DC power with extremely low ripple coefficients for aluminum wire electroplating, ensuring the stability of electroplating quality from the source.

It employs a closed-loop circulating water cooling technology, offering extremely high heat dissipation efficiency and perfectly adapting to Indonesia’s high-temperature environment. This not only ensures the long-term stability of the equipment under full load operation but also achieves a clean production environment with low noise and no dust intrusion.
The built-in sophisticated digital control system allows for easy setting and monitoring of operating parameters. The equipment features multiple safety protection functions covering overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and water shortage scenarios, ensuring protection for equipment and operating staff.
Following its delivery and commissioning in October 2025, the customer reported excellent performance of the electroplating rectifier during operation.
