16 Units 10V 7000A IGBT type rectifiers for hard chrome plating production lines, the power cabinet 7000A/10V consists of 3 TBSB-3500A / 10V sub-units in parallel, full-wave rectification. Adopt 2+1 standby design according to the customer’s usage environment and production situation in the Chrome Plating Project in Iran. If one of the modules breaks, it can be removed easily without stopping the production line, thus ensuring continuous operation.
Meanwhile, we also assisted the customer in procuring plating production lines and chillers for the Chrome Plating Project in Iran. All products arrived at the customer’s factory in Iran in May 2024, have been successfully installed and debugged, and are ready for commissioning.
In June 2024, our engineering team completed their technical support visit to Iran, ensuring seamless integration and operational readiness of the entire system.
