The full bridge phase shift soft switch control mode is adopted to eliminate the switching stress to the maximum, and the latest American full bridge soft switch control IC is used to automatically adjust and set the trigger pulse timing parameters, so as to achieve the best IGBT switching time, so that the IGBT switching loss to the minimum.

At the same time, the IC with synchronous rectification drive function is adopted to simplify the synchronous rectification drive line.

The magnetic bias problem is eliminated very well.
Advanced logic interlock control circuit is adopted to eliminate pulse trigger and bridge arm short circuit.
The high power and high frequency switching power supply adopts the combination mode of multiple unit modules and each unit module is controlled by high-speed digital network, which solves the problem of signal attenuation and interference well.

The power module adopts IGBT (Infineon, formerly Siemens in Germany) with better performance and higher efficiency as the main power device, and it is equipped with Low-loss and high-efficiency Schottky diode and synchronous rectifier with high current and low voltage drop as the rectifier device, which improves the efficiency of the whole machine.

All modules are the same. When replacing a module, you only need to set the address code to the same as the module to be replaced. No debugging is required. The hot swap function of each module ensures normal production during module replacement.
