The customer highly praised the product&#8217;s performance during actual use, particularly commending its intelligent safety protection functions and stable, reliable operation.</p>

<p>This Indian customer applied the rectifiers to brass plating tanks and cyanide copper plating processes. Customer feedback indicates that our rectifiers feature advanced automatic sensing capabilities: when the plating rack is removed from the tank, the equipment automatically cuts off the current output; and when the rack is reinserted, the current reading immediately resumes and normal operation begins. This intelligent design effectively improves operational safety and avoids process risks caused by misoperation.</p>

<p>The factory, located in Dubai, UAE, is a professional manufacturer specializing in metal processing, cutting, and fabrication. After metal processing, the fabricated metal parts require galvanization, a key process in the <strong>electroplating</strong>&nbsp;and <strong>surface treatment industry</strong>.</p>



<p>Currently, the rectifiers used in the factory are SCR-type. These units lack a water circuit system, which presents challenges given Dubai&#8217;s extreme summer temperatures, reaching up to 55°C. However, there is a working room equipped with air conditioning to maintain the rectifier environment temperature below 40°C, ensuring stable operation.</p>



<p>Considering the specific requirements for <strong>zinc plating</strong>, our engineers recommended a 12V 2000A air-cooled IGBT rectifier as the ideal solution. The advanced IGBT rectifier is not only energy-efficient but also highly reliable for the demanding conditions of the <strong>surface treatment industry</strong>.</p>

<p>In January 2024, our team visited the factory in Dubai to discuss further cooperation. The proposed plan involves replacing six outdated SCR-type rectifiers with cutting-edge IGBT rectifiers and building a comprehensive water circuit system. This upgrade will significantly enhance the efficiency and reliability of the <strong>electroplating</strong>&nbsp;process, particularly for <strong>zinc plating</strong>&nbsp;applications.</p>
